Also- 28th January Midland Area Regional Championship & 31st March Midlands Stage Relay championship @ Sutton Park (Possible races- depending on interest from the team)

All cross country races start at 2pm and range between 3.5miles- 5miles in distance. ARC vests need to be worn and depending on terrain spikes are preferable but trainers can be worn if conditions are not too muddy! We tend to travel together in convoy in shared cars and tea and cakes are always enjoyed afterwards!! You don’t have to commit to running all the races, just as many as you can manage.

As a club we always have the ethos that the races are an enjoyable and friendly experience and as a team we go along to have a good run and represent ARC at whatever speed people individually do. It would be great to have as many in this years’ teams as possible.
