Saturday 8th also saw the fourth and final race of the 2024-25 Cross Country Season, with the men's team at Aldersley and the women at Coombe Abbey, Coventry.  Well done to all who represented the club on another cold and damp afternoon:
  • Men: Our First team of Quentin Oury (23rd), Toby Oury (29th), Liam Harrold (34th), Andrew Wood (61st), Dan Williams (81st) and Tom Archer (88th) came 8th out of 14 clubs in the main competition, with Quentin, Toby, Liam and Andrew forming our Masters team, which came 4th out of 14 teams in the Masters competition.  Our B team of Luke White (95th), Ben Dean (97th), Ryan Noon (125), Mike Morley (127), Neil Day (132) and Mark Shaw (156) came 4th out of 11 teams and Tom, Ben, Ryan and Mike formed a Masters B team, coming 5th in that table.  Our team was completed by Chris Moon (171), Harshad Patel (174), David Roberts (190), Pete Dimbleby (193), Mark O'Rourke (194), Stephen Grice (201) and Martin Wall (203).  This was a tremendous turnout and an excellent performance, sufficient to lift us up away from the relegation zone, so we can start next season once again in Division 2.
