PAST AWARD WINNERS - John Floyd Cup, 1992-2024
John Floyd was a past member who moved away from the area. He ran a trophy business and donated the cup as a parting gift to ARC, wanting to thank members for their support and friendship. This award is a fitting reminder of his time at the club.
This trophy was awarded by the Committee to the person they feel has given most commitment to the club over the previous 12 months and has been presented to a male member from 2011, when the Jane Buckerfield trophy was introduced for the female member..
The John Floyd cup was retired in 2025 and replaced by the Ron Reynolds trophy. The John Flloyd cup is now displayed on the memorabilia table at presentation evenings.
