We have a rota to ensure there is plenty of support on Tuesday runs, with back markers and 'musterers'. Click here for the current rota and contact Jo Yarnall to volunteer for future sessions.  NB whilst we are running in small groups we ask groups to stay together, as there are no back markers or musterers.
